I am a professional coach and leadership trainer. I help people rediscover their confidence and balance in life. I work with both individuals and organisations. I believe in the power of human leadership in building cultures. I help my clients lead empowered, mentally healthy and emotionally intelligent organisations, where people feel passionate about what they do, while achieving the desired business results. My clients benefit not only from my professional experience, but also from my commitment to psychology and neuroscience.

There are many beautiful places to visit in this city. The main square, the historic cathedral, the famous restaurants, the sophisticated architecture, the pleasant streets. You are not familiar with all these places. That is why you are here - to discover your city.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

If you hesitate, if you are not sure. If you know what you want but you don't know how to get there! The way I work will give you the answers.

I coach you to make the most optimised CV for you and prepare you for a job interview. At the end of the coaching you will have a clear idea of who you are, how you can and want to realise your talents, and on top of that you will have a nice document to show to a recruiter or your future employer.

I also help to prepare someone for public speaking. The result is that you will have less fear and you will make a splendid, unforgettable, to the point presentation (at least, according to your indications).

My approach to individual coaching consists of three main elements: co-tuning with my client, deep elaboration of need and raising awareness. My approach to training is practical and reflective, based on creating a challenging but confident environment in the classroom.
