Do we lose our feminine part by being a leader

Today I have attended one great speech. Guess what devoted to? Yes, of course, women and their rights. By the end of it I started to feel myself uncomfortable that I am a woman. That I look as a woman. Skirts, red lipstick. No! No! No! You have to show authority. You have to prove to all and everyone that you are not a baby girl sitting in the corner. You have to speak with a voice down. Finally, don’t forget your blazer. What if I do not want to be a director at all? What if I am good in something else? What if I want to be an assistant? Or to sew or to knit? Or to manage my team and not to be CEO? What if I want to be at home and be financially supported by my husband? A new sin was born.

In the past women were fighting for the rights to have a bank account or to get a proper education. Now, women have to explain why they decided not to work, or to work an ''easy job''.
